For over 40 years we have practiced law
throughout South Carolina concentrating in Spartanburg and contiguous
counties. Our firm is made up of three lawyers, three paralegals and a receptionist.
Our practice is rooted in litigation and
family law.
Litigation focuses on domestic relations, criminal defense, personal injury, and
workers compensation. With this varied
background we offer a unique approach to solving legal problems, always keeping
in mind that our clients are entitled to personal, responsive, and timely
service.
Attorney Jack Lawrence has been practicing law
for 40 years with broad experience. In his earlier years he worked mainly
in insurance defense and business litigation. He has since used that
experience to help people with their family, social and business problems.
He now specializes in family law.
Attorney Mike Rudasill
has also been practicing law for 38 years. He served as an attorney in the
US Army Judge Advocate General's Corp and as an Assistant Solicitor before going
into private practice in 1978. He specializes in criminal defense,
personal injury litigation and family law.
Attorney
David Collins has been practicing for 12 years.
He is licensed to practice in both South and North Carolina and specializes in
family law and criminal defense.
